I will never forget my first day at the Firm because of the lasting memory created by the PwC Inside experience.

Over the past fourteen years I held progressive data and technology focused roles in Assurance, Advisory, and Products & Technology. As a Senior Director within our People Team, I most recently served as the Product Team Lead for Team Builder, PwC’s new staffing and deployment solution that is playing a critical role in transforming how the Firm builds trust with and solves problems for its clients and its people. As a leader within this cross-functional program, I was responsible for facilitating the alignment and evolution of the collective vision, design, and roadmap for this implementation of Certinia’s Professional Services Automation, a managed package built upon the Force.com platform by Salesforce. Now live within the US, Mexico, and global Acceleration Centers, Team Builder is helping the Firm to better understand and manage its talent supply of over 110K resources, as well as the potential demand for them represented by the Firm’s pipeline of client opportunities. As a team, we were committed to delivering a true Unicorn - a highly integrated and intuitive system that users would find both valuable and delightful. Each day, I grew more grateful for the people I worked besides and the problems we got to tackle. Not only did I feel challenged, supported, and appreciated for the unique skills, experience, and creativity that I contributed, but somehow, even in the toughest of moments, my cup continued to refill through feedback that confirmed my approach sparked new connections, disrupted old patterns and assumptions, and ignited the innovative power of PwC’s diverse community of solvers. Together, we moved big rocks to clear the way for new ways of questioning, thinking, and acting.

I created this site to provide you insight into who I am and how I think. It includes some examples of experiences I created and solutions I developed. All of them involve connection - be it people, ideas, or data. I hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to building our own connection.
