I will never forget my first day at the Firm because of the lasting memory created by the PwC Inside experience.

Thirteen years later, I am now a Senior Director within our People Team, currently serving as the Product Team Lead for Team Builder, our future staffing and deployment solution that will play a critical role in transforming how we built trust with and solve problems for our clients and our people. As a leader within our cross-functional program, I am responsible for facilitating the alignment and evolution of our collective vision, design, and roadmap for Team Builder. Each and every day I find myself growing even more excited and grateful for the people and problems I have the privilege to work alongside and through. Not only do I feel challenged, supported, and appreciated for the unique skills, experience, and creativity that I contribute, but somehow, even in the toughest of moments, my cup continues to refill through feedback that confirms my approach is sparking new connections, disrupting old patterns and assumptions, and igniting the innovative power of our diverse community of solvers. Together, we are moving some really big rocks to clear the way for new ways of questioning, thinking, and acting.

I created this site to provide you insight into who I am and how I think. It includes some examples of experiences I created and solutions I developed. All of them involve connection - be it people, ideas, or data. I hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to building our own connection.
